We were two at Las Tablas and had a genuinely lovely experience. The space is comfortable — perfect for sitting back and enjoying your meal without any rush. There was a nice buzz throughout the place. We ordered the pulpo a la feira, which, while always a pricier dish, was absolutely worth every euro here — the preparation was truly delicious. The gambas al ajillo were another highlight: packed with flavour and clearly fresh, peeled by hand — definitely not the frozen, pre-packed kind. Overall, the food showed real care in both quality and flavour. You can tell when there’s intention behind a dish, and here, you really feel it. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing — something that’s increasingly rare and very welcome. We spent about €23 each, including two glasses of wine and a nicely chilled caña. The value for money felt more than fair. All in all, a place that leaves you satisfied and wanting to come back to explore more of the menu.
